1. Early access
Paid subscriptions are not live yet. Nothing is being sold at the moment, so nothing can be refunded yet. This section becomes operative when billing launches.
2. Cancellation at period end
Business subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout. Either party may cancel before the renewal date [DRAFT: notice period to be decided]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The service stays available until then.
3. Pro-rata refunds
